CUCET 2018 – Central University Common Entrance Test with Direct Link to Apply: Central University Exam 2018 is announced for various Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research Programmes. Ten Central Universities and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar School of Economics jointly conduct Common Entrance Test for admission. These ten Participating Universities (PUs) are Universities of Haryana, Jharkhand, Jammu, Karnataka, Kashmir, Kerala, Punjab, Rajasthan, South Bihar and Tamil Nadu. This is a great opportunity to enroll for various programmes by CUCET, so apply before 26th March 2018. CUCET – Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit (as on 1st July 2018)
Maximum Age: 19 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
B. Educational Qualification
You should be 12th Pass.
You should have Bachelor’s Degree.
You should have Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
Ph. D Programme:
You should have M.Phil degree.
Or you should have Qualified UGC/CSIR-JRF/NET or SLET.
Or you should be a holder of Teacher Fellowship Or Teacher in a constituent/affiliated college/department of the university & research experience for at least two years.
Or you should be in-service candidate with three years’ experience and has master’s degree with at least 55% of marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in the relevant subjects.
Note – You must be an Indian citizen.
CUCET – Exam Pattern & Selection Process
For both UG and PG courses there is offline exam with OMR sheet.
For UG Programme: There are two parts in question paper. Part A is for 25 marks. Part B is for 75 marks. However, Part B will consist of four sections of 25 marks each. You will have to solve any three depending upon your PCM/PCB Group.

- You need to register first.
- Login with your generated ID and password.
- Fill the form carefully with all the details.
- Upload a scanned passport size photograph & signature.
- Choose the test center.
- Submit the application form.
- Pay the application fee online or through Offline Challan mode of SBI.
- Alternatively, you can visit the CUCET Official Website.
- Click ‘Apply Online’.
- Follow the steps from 1 to 8.
